Does not fit units with a 053 separator plate.

Symptoms:

• Broken parts due to excessive line pressure
• High line pressure
• Erratic line pressure
• Restricted converter/lube flow

Cause:
Excessive valve and bore clearance allows critical line pressure balance fluid to cross leak to exhaust, causing high or erratic line pressure.

Correction:
The Sonnax direct replacement pressure regulator sleeve addresses sleeve wear and circuit integrity of line pressure balance in the pressure regulator circuit.

Warning:
Verify OE valve & sleeve measurements before use.

Wear is commonly found at different areas in the ZF6HP19/26/32 (Gen. 1) and Ford 6R60, 6R80 pressure regulator bores. When the sleeve is worn, line pressure balance fluid will leak to exhaust, causing high or inconsistent pressure. When wear is limited to the sleeve, the Sonnax direct replacement pressure regulator sleeve will restore valve-to-sleeve clearances so the pressure regulator valve can maintain correct pressures. If the remainder of the pressure regulator bore is worn, consider Sonnax oversized pressure regulator valve kit 99788K.

Kit is NOT compatible with ZF6HP19/26/32 (Gen.1) units with an 053 separator plate code or ZF6HP21/28/34 (Gen.2) units.
