All kits now include a single-piece mounting bracket and four heavy-duty mounting straps, giving installers greater flexibility to position and secure the cooler where the application requires.
Updated Standard Kits
The updated 49467K and 49468K standard kits now feature a single Hayden Rapid-Cool cooler core, manufactured in South Korea. This change has helped reduce the overall kit cost and deliver better value, while still providing dependable transmission cooling for everyday applications.
Featuring internal turbulation for efficient heat transfer, Rapid-Cool cores are 33% more efficient than comparable tube-and-fin designs.

For vehicles operating under greater load, the new 49467KHD and 49468KHD kits feature a larger Hayden HD-Cool cooler, manufactured in South Korea, for increased cooling capacity.
The HD-Cool’s patented internal turbulation provides increased heat transfer with minimal pressure drop, while its compact, high-flow design delivers heat transfer performance of more than 20,000 BTU/hr.
Suitable for vehicles towing up to 4.5 tonnes, these kits are ideal for customers who tow regularly, operate in demanding conditions or want maximum transmission cooling performance.
