These problems can be caused by severe wear of the boost valve sleeve, allowing EPC and reverse oil leakage.

Toyota/Lexus vehicles with a U151E, U151F and U250E transmissions may exhibit insufficient line rise in drive ranges and excessively high pressures in Reverse.
