0B5, DL501 Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG)

Because the PWM solenoids work very hard in these units they are prone to premature wear, this in turn causes a number of issues with engagement and shift quality, it is also highly recommended that the valve body loom is replaced with the modified version.

This kit contains all the items necessary to address the above in one easy to order kit.

Kit Contains the following:

• 1 x solenoid valve N440 with screws and filter screen gasket - Valve 4 (for pressure regulation in sub-gearbox 2)
• 1 x solenoid valve N436 with screws and filter screen gasket - Valve 4 (for pressure regulation in sub-gearbox 1)
• 1 x solenoid valve N471 with screw - Cooling Oil Valve
• 1 x yellow protector plastic plate
• 1 x sensor module PCB2 with screws
• 1 x sensor module PCB1 with screws
• 4+2 x rubber dampers
