Due to high wear common in CVT valve bodies, especially related to secondary pulley/pressure regulator valve which controls oil pressure to pulley circuit.

Pulley assemblies will not be warranted, unless these issues are addressed at time of rebuild, either by replacing worn valves to restore hydraulic integrity to valve body or replacing valve body with a new or reconditioned unit.
